| Massage for Expecting Couples This class is designed for expecting parents to learn massage techniques to support pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Massage classes are done fully clothed and will cover massage for common pregnancy aches and pains that couples can do in their own home. Massage for Childbirth helps provide comfort, focus, and following mom's rhythms. Massage for Postpartum will cover how to alleviate the common complaints of the new mother including post cesarean support through massage. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and at least 3 pillows.
