Therapeutic Massage is a great addition to your wellness routine.  Women are
encouraged to continue to receive regular massage services after their postpartum
period.  Regular massage can help maintain balance in the body, release tired and
over worked muscles as a result from childcare, work, sleep deprivation, and exercise
routines.

Massage has the added ability to cross over into other areas of our lives.  When you
receive regular massage you are maintaining emotion and physical balance which
translates into a more focused, energized, and patient you.  You will find yourself
better prepared to deal with the stress of family, work, and friends when you have a
regular massage routine set in place.  Women often state that just knowing a
massage is just around the corner is a ray of light amid the day to day demands of
life.

I recommend at least monthly massage sessions, and increasing frequency for high
stress situations, if possible.

"Miranda is one of the best massage
therapists I've encountered, not
only for her excellent technique, but
also for her thoughtful approach.
Her massages are truly restorative,
relaxing, and healing.
-Megan Zacher, Graphic Designer
In my third trimester I discovered
Miranda. I tried to go once a week
up until my due date. I slept better
and her massage helped with my
swelling. She is truly wonderful at
what she does. The only thing I will
change next time is starting massage
with her in my first trimester.
-Micah Gilbreath, new mom
Miranda gives a massage that is
very nurturing as well as
therapeutic. She has a lot of
pillows and methods to keep
pregnant women, as well as non
pregnant people, comfortable
throughout the massage.  I would
highly recommend Miranda to my
clients as well as my family &
friends.
